| Details: | Explore rare’s Ancient Woods at this year’s BioBlitz! A BioBlitz is an intense period of biological surveying where a group of experts, naturalists, and volunteers attempt to record as many species as they can in one area.
Become a citizen scientist and learn from experts in the field about how to find and identify species of plants, animals, and fungi living in our area. As evidenced by the success of BioBlitzes around the world including at other rare properties, together we can find and catalogue a lot of species in just a short time.

This event is suitable for anyone over 12 years old. We will be exploring off-trail in areas with rough and slopped terrain. NO dogs are permitted.
What to bring:
Reusable water bottle
Weather appropriate clothing (long pants, hiking shoes, hat)
Sunscreen

We'll meet at rare's ECO Centre located at 768 Blair Rd, Cambridge for orientation.
Together, we will head over to Ancient Woods located at 1201 Whistle Bare Rd, Cambridge. |
